Their concierge service is unparalleled at Art Basel, and they continue to evolve the experience to maintain their place at the top. The challenge was to bring a new design experience that would make their guests see the brand as a spirited expression of the vibrant art scene that is alive in Miami Beach.
I designed a space that took bold strides to show the UBS brand in an unexpected yet familiar way. The hard design of the space was fresh and new, with a dynamic floorplan that energized the consumer journey. The counterweight to this shift was to put the concierge service first and foremost, ensuring guests received this white-glove hospitality they expect from UBS.
