Kinder is probably the most popular chocolate in the world, sold in over 170 countries, except one—the USA. That changed when Kinder launched their beloved Joy egg in the USA with a surprise delivery brought by boat, past Lady Liberty, into the arms of waiting fans.
The press were on hand to capture the excitement as the very first (legal) boxes came out of the shipping containers, and celebrity guest, mom and kinder champion, Malin Ackerman opened the box to share some Joy with all the fans who have waited far too long to get their hands on this treat.
The Joy egg features a surprise treat and toy, and to honor that dynamic a special kids fun zone was outfitted in Kinder-approved activities that let parents and children bond over fun, interactive games.
